Francheska Medina AKA Hey Fran Hey is a lifestyle influencer from Harlem, NY. As a result of a chronic illness, Francheska was forced to seek out alternative medicine, nutrition, and fitness which helped in her healing herself. It was this change of lifestyle that changed the trajectory of her life towards a more holistic and conscious lifestyle. Francheska now uses her platforms, social media and podcast The Friend Zone with co-hosts Assante and Dustin to continually share beneficial lifestyle and wellness tips.

Ashlee Ammons and Kerry Schrader

Mother and daughter duo are a collective force to be reckoned with as founders of  Networking app Mixtroz. Each have an impressive network as Ammons worked as Lebron James first intern and as an event producer for big names such as Jay-Z, Coca-Cola, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Oprah Winfrey. Her mother, Schrader also has major connections with a history of working under companies like Ford and Sears. Dana Chanel

Dana Chanel is a blogger, motivational speaker, and follower of Christ. Dana Chanel is just a regular girl who had big dreams. Hailing from Brooklyn, she grew up with 8 brothers and sisters and money was tight. However, she didn’t let that stop her aspirations as she attended college while working at a strip club as a receptionist to pay her expenses for school. It was one fateful book called Becoming A Woman of Prayer that inspired a spiritual changed that inspired a movement in her life. In her spiritual journey she catalogues her experience and motivation through her blog A Sprinkle of Jesus and her social media which eventually led to a bigger movement that has inspired others towards discovering Christ. Shelah Marie is the founder of Curvy, Curly, Conscious Collective which is an online community celebrating women of color and teaching them to love themselves unconditionally. Every Sunday night, Shelah dedicates time to a Periscope “Soul Study” where she goes through meditations and self love exercises to inspire women towards love.

In this first post, I just want to give you guys a real look into what it means to be a boss but first I’m going to tell you guys a little bit about myself.

I’ve just turned 23, I’m a Gemini and I have an overactive creative mind. I’m the girl at the party that can have a ball vibin’ out to music and observing EVERYTHING. The way I take in a scene gives me a point of view and insight that you won’t find in too many people. I call myself the introverted extrovert because I crave and love social interactions but then I’m definitely better with one-on-one personal interactions with other people. People who don’t know me would probably say I’m quiet but then my close friends would say differently and if I get to know you on the one-on-one you would probably change your initial perception of me.
